trio is a small restaurant. we have limited capacity for taking bookings and our viability relies heavily on the bookings we take showing up on time. we do not charge booking or cancellation fees therefore we do not hold tables for bookings that are late. the whole party must arrive no later than the booked time or we reserve the right to give away the booked table.
there is an hour and a half time limit on reserved tables for breakfast and lunch on weekends regardless of the size of the booking.
